The ability to fit cruise missiles (more DPS than rails, no cap use, easier to fit) far outstrips the tracking/range bonuses for drones on a Domi. WebDec 23, 2012 · If you're just looking for a ratting ship, honestly, I'd start with either a Naga, Tornado, or Oracle, whichever does the damage type that applies to your local NPCs. All of them can kite well outside of engagement range and still pummel things into oblivion, and can GTFO relatively quickly if something pops up on scan.
