WebCaplyta Vs Vraylar. I have been on more antipsychotics than I can keep straight. Currently I am on Vraylar but my paranoia is not controlled and I am very overweight. I am supposed to start Caplyta in a couple days but I am nervous. This is some of the best my mood has ever been and if I take enough Ativan the paranoia does not really bother me. WebMy psychiatrist gave me a sample of Fanapt to wean me off Zyprexa. It's taken twice a day, 1mg to 2mg to 4mg then 6mg. Hopefully this works and I won't be tired or have any metabolic effects (she said it wouldn't.) Anyone tried this and what was your experience?
