They are separate from the main program you’d use to view or edit those documents (like Word or Excel). Previewers are mostly hidden to us because they are installed automatically with Office or with other products. WebAt the top of the page, select > Options or Mail. In the Options pane, under Mail > Layout, select Link preview. Under Link preview, clear the Preview links in email check box to turn off Link Preview. Select the Preview links in email check box to turn Link Preview back on.
