I tested the control panel yesterday, after I posted, and apparently now I can change the 3D settings, but when I play GW2, my game only gets 30fps on the lowest settings, and according to my friend this should be higher. The GPU uses around 20% to 70% percent while I'm gaming. It is not overheating or anything. I started FurMark and ran a stress test (furmark_000001 attached).
