Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, usually once daily for 21 days, then stopping the medication for 7 days. WebRibociclib (Kisqali®) is used to treat breast cancer that is oestrogen-receptor positive and HER2 negative. It may be used if the cancer has spread: to the tissues and lymph nodes close to the breast (locally advanced), and surgery is not possible. from the breast to other parts of the body (metastatic or secondary breast cancer).
