Doing the math the 582's 65 hp divided into 250 lbs. of thrust equals 3.85 lbs per hp. The 612 Rave to come up with the same 3.85 at 350 lbs pull power equals 91hp. I can't & will not say the 612 Rave is 91 hp but it is a very powerful engine & uses less fuel than a 582.
